We are looking for individuals interested in our Model Lease Back Program.

Here's a Quick over view:

We build one of our model homes in a very popular location where lots of potential buyers can view it. This home would have to be furnished as well. We then lease it back from you for a period of NO LESS than 1 yr. for PI* (Principle-Interest)(Assumes a 10% Min. down payment). After the year is up you can then decide to sell for a profit or re-lease to us or anyone of your choosing.
Great for any investor looking for tax advantages, guaranteed (1st year) rental income, and the appreciated value gained over the year. Or for future snow birds looking to lock in their home price today with a future move in date a year or two down the road.
