Quality Homes By Design, Inc. is a State Certified Residential Contractor & State Certified Plumbing Contractor operating in Central Florida, primarily in Citrus and Marion County, Florida with over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  You will be working alongside us as we turn that floor plan into a reality.  What some builders call UPGRADES we call STANDARD features!  What we offer is a smooth and efficient process from planning, permitting, completion, to service after the sale.

 We build homes to fit your custom needs, large or small.  We offer an array of floor plans ranging from 1400 sq.ft. to over 5000 sq. ft. of living space or to your specification. Some of these floor plans can be seen under the MODEL link.  We also have an on-site CAD specialist to assist you in building your dream home. 

All homes include ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. A home security system, carpet throughout, garage door opener, and building permits are all standard features when you build with Quality Homes By Design, Inc.
